10. 911 Emergency Dialing
With TrinitiComm 911 Dialing feature, we send your 911 calls to the nearest emergency response center as determined by your address in our system. When the center receives your call, the operator may not have your address and phone number on hand, so you must provide that information during your call in order to get help. Some local emergency response centers may not have live operators 24 hours a day and if this is the case, your call will be routed to a national emergency calling center instead and a trained agent will contact an emergency center near you to dispatch help. How to Use

911 Service must be ACTIVATED before it can be used. To activate 911 service,
simply log on to your web account and follow the instructions there.
If you move your device to a different location, you must update your 911 Dialing
information with your new location through your web account. Otherwise, your call may not be routed to the
appropriate emergency response center and help may be dispatched to the wrong location.
If you add a line to your account you will need to activate 911 Dialing and register
your location for that line as well.
You will receive a confirmation email once 911 Dialing has been activated for your
initial location or for a newly registered location. You will not be able to reach your local emergency response center
until we confirm that your location has been registered or updated. Please note that it may take up to 24
hours before you received a confirmation and your new settings to take effect.
911 Dialing and TrinitiComm service do not function when your electrical power is
out, or when your broadband internet connection is down. Please see our Terms of Service for more information
about our 911 Dialing feature.

14. Virtual Numbers
A Virtual Phone Number is a second number that when called, rings to a primary TrinitiComm line. Virtual Phone Numbers can be from most area codes in the U.S., thereby providing enormous savings to people phoning you from that selected area code. Virtual Phone Numbers virtually eliminate long-distance phoning charges for anyone calling within that numbers' area code. As an example, you may live in California and have a child going to school on the east coast. If you subscribe to a virtual phone number with your child's college's area code, any call the student makes to that Virtual Phone Number which TrinitiComm automatically routes to your primary phone line is a local, toll-FREE call. All you pay is the small monthly fee for the Virtual Phone Number.

Virtual Numbers can be used by businesses to save their customers and potential customers money, by permitting them to make a call to a number in their local area code, Virtual Phone Numbers allow the enterprises to show a local presence in a geographic area without physically residing there. Just as your primary TrinitiComm number does not necessarily need to be tied to your actual geographical location, virtual phone numbers can be taken out from any of your business contacts' local area codes.

As an example, suppose you are a snow ski manufacturer based in Alabama while your biggest customers are located in Seattle, WA, Denver, CO, St. Cloud, MN and Albany, NY. All you pay is the small monthly fee for the four different Virtual Phone Numbers, each with an area code of the four different hubs of your business activity. Now, your customers never have to dial long distance to place an order and feel your right next door. Virtual Phone Numbers cost $4.95 per month and can only be added to any one of the service plans.

How Does It Work?
Virtual Numbers work just like email address aliases. In the same way that you can have more than one email address point to the same email account, you can have more than one TrinitiComm number link to your TrinitiComm primary number. Behind the scenes, the TrinitiComm Call Routing Network points your Virtual Number calls to your primary line. This transfer is just as fast and seamless as any other TrinitiComm phone call.

How Can I Get a Virtual Number?
You must have active TrinitiComm account to get a virtual number. If you already have account, click here to login to My Account control panel and select Add Phone Features
